FSA Carolinas is a year-round elite youth soccer academy founded by Premier League champion Christian Fuchs, now assistant coach at Charlotte FC. Aimed at developing players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, FSA follows a European-style, player-centered approach.
Fox a person-centric academy, but what does that mean? We aim to educate well-rounded players on the field, but this is only possible by focusing on the person off the pitch. We believe it is important for us to create relationships of trust with our players which should go beyond a player and coach relationship only.
Success to us is not necessarily winning games, it is the willingness to improve on a daily basis, to be competitive, and to develop players within our game model. Our goal is for our players to be able to take on any team, home or away, and play our style.

El Paso, Texas, is uniquely positioned at the U.S.–Mexico border, making it a powerful launching point for meaningful outreach. Many children in this region—both in the local El Paso community and across the border—grow up without access to basic soccer gear, limiting their opportunity to experience the joy, teamwork, and confidence the sport provides. The Gift of Soccer El Paso Chapter meets this need by collecting and repurposing gently used equipment, ensuring it reaches youth who need it most. By supporting families in El Paso and northern Mexico, this chapter helps bridge communities through the universal language of soccer—creating hope, opportunity, and lasting impact one piece of gear at a time.

These organizations work directly with local and global healthcare facilities, schools, and community centers to ensure that gear is distributed where it is needed most.
