Gift of Play in Barrio de la Cruz, Guatemala

Partnered with The Gift of Soccer Foundation, Sports Quest outfitted a U12 boys’ team in Barrio de la Cruz, where coach Netty helped them match sizes and distribute the gear. In this rural mountainside community with very limited resources, receiving high-quality equipment was a big moment—players left ready to train and play with confidence. Their appreciation was immediate and heartfelt, reaffirming why repurposing gently used gear matters: it puts opportunity directly into the hands (and onto the feet) of young athletes who need it most.
