A Need in Zambia

Christopher Wood, Director for Teach One International in Stoneyville, NC. He had read about us and wondered if we had gear available. We explained we had gear, but no way for us to get it to him in NC.

After he told us about the village he would be traveling to, we decided to pay for the shipping personally. We shipped 53 lbs. of NEW Rio Rapids Soccer Club’s training jerseys that were left from previous years. After some delays because of COVID, the gear arrived in Zambia.
As you can see from the photos and the video below, the gear was very well received.

The Gift of Soccer founders collected and packed the gear from Rio Rapids Soccer Club in Albuquerque, NM. We sent along Gift of Soccer wrist bands as well.

Christopher Wood in Stoneyville, NC. traveled on a mission to community of Chainda, just outside the capital of Lusaka ZAMBIA. They travel as an outreach to a school that has approximately 250 students. As you can see from the photos and video, our donation was a cherished gift to them.
