Be part of a true supporters’ group doing good
My name is Isaac. I am obsessed with playing soccer, watching soccer, and soccer supporters’ groups. I play for my school team (Bay Ridge Prep) and a club team (Brooklyn City FC) and am a huge supporter of the New York Red Bulls, Brooklyn FC, Gotham FC, Club Atlético Independiente, and Argentina (La Albiceleste.) I have personal connections to Argentina and have spent time traveling around the country and visiting many soccer clubs in neighborhoods throughout Buenos Aires and beyond. I was struck by the inequities I saw and wanted to help kids in some neighborhoods get more soccer equipment, resources, and opportunities. Many kids play soccer but don’t have access to basic equipment — like cleats, shin guards, balls, shorts, soccer socks, or uniforms. That’s where my project comes in! I’m collecting gently used (or new) soccer gear and monetary donations to help provide equipment to children who could really use it.
How You Can Help:

- Make a monetary donation to help purchase equipment and/or cover shipping costs.
Every item or dollar makes a difference — and helps another child feel the same sense of teamwork, confidence, belonging, and joy that soccer has given me.
